| Better Bones
This free program is designed for people age 55 and older. It focuses on reducing the rate of bone loss, improving balance and flexibility, and enhancing energy and well-being. This is a popular class. You are not guaranteed a spot in the class, some locations may be full. If the class is already full, you will be notified by phone. If the class is open, an information packet will be mailed to you. Our Call Representatives are prepared to assist you.
