Stay Active-MOVE-SPANISH (S.A.M.)

Safe and simple exercises designed for seniors 55 and older by the Arthritis Foundation that will help you increase your level of endurance, boost your energy, and improve your range of motion. Instructed in Spanish by Sarah McKechnie. Sponsored by the Arthritis Foundation. This class meets for 8 weeks (total 16 sessions) on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Los ejercicios estan diseñados por la Fundacíon de Artritis para que sean simples y seguros, que ayuden a incrementar la flexibilidad y ampliar los movimientos de las articulaciones así como aliviar los síntomas de la artritis y para realzar su estima.
