|Gentle Yoga-Senior Source
This multi-session class designed for seniors 55 and older combines warm-ups, gentle and restorative postures, breathing, and relaxation to reduce stress and increase movement. Ideal for seniors, including but not limited to those experiencing chronic conditions or pain. Mats are available to participants. This class meets on Mondays. The instructor is Jordana Carmel, RYT (Registered Hatha Yoga Teacher), CMT (Certified Massage Therapist)
