This exercise class is designed for seniors 55 and older to strengthen, tone and lengthen your core muscles to balance the strength of your abdominal and back muscles while improving posture and flexibility. As with all exercise/fitness classes, please check with your physician if you are adding any new aspect to your workout regimen.
Mats are available to students in the class. This class meets on Tuesdays for multiple sessions. Instructor: Jessica Weiss
