This six-session class is designed especially for pregnant teens. The program will help build confidence for teen mothers and their partners through lectures, discussions, videos and hands on practice. Topics include: nutrition, exercise, body changes, preparing for birth, parenting skills and much more. A health snack is included. Teens can earn incentives by attending.
