|Yoga - Senior Source
This yoga class, designed for seniors age 55+; includes postures, breathing exercises and meditation to stretch, tone and strengthen muscles and joints. Boomers and beyond - if you want to maintain your flexibility and muscle tone, this is the class for you! Yoga benefits include: posture, strength, flexibility, mood, heart health, blood pressure regulation and stress rellief. Class meets on Thursdays. Mats are available for participants to use. Class is taught by Gina Deavers.
