The 5th Annual Health Disparities Forum will explore the disproportionate effects of cancer and other diseases in our racial and ethnic communities. This event features health exhibits, information about support groups and resources in our community, cultural performances, and food. Simultaneous interpretation in Spanish and Mandarin Chinese will be provided and other languages may be requested.
