Regular, moderate exercise reduces joint pain and stiffness, builds strong muscle around the joints, and increases flexibility and endurance. It reduces inflammation from arthritis and related conditions and reduces the risk of other chronic conditions. This multi-week class of safe and simple exercises designed for seniors 55+ will help you increase your level of endurance, boost your energy, and improve your range of motion.
