Chair Yoga - Community Health

Enjoy yoga with the help of a chair! Chair yoga is done seated and standing using a chair to assist in improving balance, strength and flexibility. Classes also include breathing exercises and guided relaxation. Chair Yoga is a good choice for people with movement limitations who want the benefits of yoga in a supportive atmosphere.
